Privacy Policy for Individuals (Data Subjects):
Ami Hair, SIA (registered in the Latvian Business Register, registration number 40103873029, legal address: Rīga, Jāņa Grestes iela 5 – 53, LV-1021) (hereinafter referred to as “Ami Hair, SIA”) is the Controller, responsible for complying with the requirements of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 in Latvia. This Privacy Policy outlines how “Ami Hair, SIA” processes personal data when providing our services. This policy applies to all types of personal data processing collected by SIA “Ami Hair, SIA” from websites, email lists, contracts, and other sources.
Purposes of Data Processing:
The data is processed to manage mutual relationships related to the services provided by the COMPANY, issue and provide invoices, ensure service reservations and payments, as well as security measures reservations, to realize the COMPANY’s legitimate interests, while respecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject. If the COMPANY wishes/needs to process the DATA for other purposes, the prior consent of the data subject will be requested for such data processing.
Access to Data and Storage:
Data is recorded in service contracts. Data is entered into the COMPANY’s accounting program and service administration programs. Data is protected against unauthorized access, and its use is monitored in accordance with legal requirements. Access to programs and thus to DATA is only granted to those COMPANY employees who need it for the performance of their duties and the proper provision of services. Access to programs is protected by secure passwords. DATA will not be sent outside the European Union/European Economic Area (EU/EEA), unless necessary for the technical protection of data.
Disclosure of Data:
The COMPANY has the right to disclose DATA to law enforcement agencies, tax authorities, and supervisory authorities based on a lawful and motivated request from the institution or official.
Data Retention Period:
DATA will be stored in accordance with the duration of the service contract. After the termination of the contract, DATA will still be stored for a period of time necessary to meet the requirements of regulatory enactments.
Rights of the Data Subject:
Individuals have the right to check the DATA related to them, provided to the COMPANY, request correction, deletion, or supplementation of incorrectly indicated data, and prohibit the use of their data for purposes not related to the provision of COMPANY services.
