Apply a small amount of scrub to damp body skin.Massage the skin in a circular motion starting at the feet and moving up to the chest.Focus on rougher areas such as elbows, knees and heels.Allow the scrub to remain on the skin for a few minutes to allow the salt to fully dissolve and the nutrients to be absorbed into the skin.Rinse the scrub off thoroughly with water and pat the skin dry with a towel.Use the scrub no more than twice a week.
