Return of Goods and Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to use the right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the purchase made on the online store www.amiconcept.eu within 14 (fourteen) days and return the product to the Seller. The withdrawal period starts from the day the buyer or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the buyer acquires physical possession of the goods.
If the item is not suitable or does not meet your requirements, you have the right to return or exchange the item for a different size or model within 14 days from the date of receiving the item.
To return or exchange the item, you need to fill out the return form attached to the product and return the item to the AMI store at Republikas Laukums 3, Riga.
